Creating these personas is essential to understanding the SBA's target audience, allowing them to design products and services to meet their needs, motivations, and address their pain points. I have created 5 personas, one for each certification type: VOSB/SDVOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, & Mentor-Protege.
